Frame delay is how long (in milliseconds) each image is displayed. 200ms means 5 frames per second, 100ms means 10 fps. For smooth animation, 80-150ms is recommended.
Frames are added in the order you select them. Naming your files numerically (e.g. 001.jpg, 002.jpg) makes it easy to select them in the right order.

Reduce the output dimensions (width × height) or the number of frames. GIF is limited to 256 colors, so simple graphics produce much smaller files than photos.
